The Valley R-VI Scholar Bowl Team took 2nd place in the District Tournament at Bernie, MO., on Saturday, April 12th.
These amazing students advanced from the preliminary rounds to the 4 team elimination bracket where they were seeded 4th. Their first match they faced the #1 seed and came out with the win!! They then advanced to the championship match where they took second place, only falling behind by 5 questions!
Hunter Northcutt received 1st today for top scorer for district play!
