Today's junior high volleyball game at Fredericktown, unfortunately, has been postponed. Rescheduled date is still to be determined. Junior high girl will practice tonight until 5:00pm.

Mrs. McCoy’s 3rd grade class had place value centers in math today! Students had to roll and write place value numbers, use place value task cards to answer questions, solve puzzles using place value, and create place value numbers using uno cards!
Mrs. McCoy’s 3rd grade class had fun competing in an escape room during reading time over drawing conclusions!

Valley R-VI Junior High/High School awarded the August Student of the Month on Friday, September 13th.
Student of the Month Category: Responsibility
The Junior High recipient was Briley Turner and the High School recipient was Walter Strother.
We would like to give a huge thank you to Roy's Convenience Store for donating pizza for our students of the month.
Athlete of the Month for August
Each month in conjunction with Roy's Convenience Stores, an athlete will be selected for Athlete of the Month. The recipients will receive a $25 gift certificate to Roy's.
For the month of August, the Athletes of the Month are Graiden Campbell and Evelyn Brinley.
Congratulations Graiden and Evelyn and a huge thanks to Roy's for supporting our athletes.
